Olimande is an almond oil obtained with a soft and respectful pressing from selected organic mediterranean nuts (Sicily or Spain).
Coming from sweet and non-bitter varieties, almonds are blanched just before pressing to guarantee the highest purity. According to an ancestral process, nuts are partly defatted to protect as much as possible nutrients, and only the first pressure oil is extracted. This almond oil is then filtered and packed without additives or preservatives.
From nuts selection to packing, each step of the process is verified to provide you the best quality.
The result is a virgin almond oil from first cold pressure with a great fluidity, naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E.

Made with unique conditions, this oil protects all the benefits from the nuts, and especiallu the oily part from almonds. Rich in insaturated fats, Olimande is also rich in vitamin E. With more than 70% of unsaturated fatty acids, it contains a very high content of oleic acid.
Perfect for seasoning or marinades, Olimande could also be used for cooking in sweet or savoury recipes thanks to its richness in monosaturated fats.
