This almond preparation could be used, according to the recipe, in mashed vegetables, deglazing in a sauce or thickened with cereal flour (béchamel, pastry cream) or egg yolk.
Ingredients : Spring water, coconut cream* (Sri Lanka) 25%, thickener :guar* gum.
