This almond preparation could be used, according to the recipe, in mashed vegetables, deglazing in a sauce or thickened with cereal flour (béchamel, pastry cream) or egg yolk.
Ingredients : Spring water, partly defatted almonds* (Spain and/or Sicily) 6%, thickeners : carraguenaan, wanthane* gum.
