- 750 ml of Almond Milk LA MANDORLE
- 300 g of rice flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds (www.monpaniersansgluten.com)
1/ Place in a bowl the rice flour, the eggs, the chia seeds & the vanilla extract and mix.
2/ Mix slowly the mixture with the almond milk in order to avoid lumps.
3/ Let the dough stand for at least 1h in the refrigerator.
4/Pour half of a ladle of dough in a small hot frying pan and cook about 2-3 minutes each face.
