Mati'Noisette is an instant breakfast preparation with hazelnuts and sprouted seeds enriched with :

soleil mati'mandorle  
Spirulina, seaweed wich is naturally rich in Iron
Acerola, little cherry wich is naturally rich in vitamin C.

A bowl prepared with 5 scoops provides you 13% of the Dietary Reference Intakes for an average male in Iron,
and 15% in Magnesium and 20% in Calcium.

Mati'Noisette will provide you daily essential nutrients, as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Directions for use

Utilisation Mati MANDORLE

1/ Put 4 to 5 scoops in a bowl.
2/ Add water : 250 ml for 1 bowl or 50 ml for a creamy paste
3/ Enjoy hot or cold !

As a breakfast or a snack. According to your taste, add honey, agave syrup, dried fruits or a banana, and prepare with a vegetable drink or a dairy product according to your eating tolerance.
La texture onctueuse et la décantation naturelle est liée à la haute teneur en fruits, selon le dosage de dilution.

Ingredients : sprouted cereals* 30% (rice*, buckwheat*, millet*), Instant hazelnuts 35% (blend of partly defatted hazelnuts* and almonds* (Sicily or Spain), dehydrated rice* syrup, acacia* fibres),  dehydrated rice* syrup, raw cane* sugar, rice* starch, defatted cocoa* 5%, Lithothamnium Calcareum seaweed 1%, Spirulina seaweed 0.2%, dried extract of Acerola* (Malpighia) 0.2%.

Directions for storing :
Best before : see bottom of the box.
Store in a cool, dry place before and after opening.
The reconstituted preparation should be drank the same day and refrigerated if needed. Recap after use.
